Use of the site
By accessing or using 92game.in.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 92 Game, governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from receiving services under applicable law. Ownership, trademarks, and limited licence
The 92 Game name, logo, and all related marks and trade dress are trademarks of 92 Game. Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of 92 Game or the relevant third-party owner. We do grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. User-submitted content
If you submit or post any content to the Site, you grant 92 Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You warrant that you own or hold the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 92 Game, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any content thereon. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if 92 Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
No warranties

Aggregate liability cap
In no event shall 92 Game's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the greater of INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees) or the total amount you paid to 92 Game, if any, in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages; in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
